WU Deathvalley Server

We started this server with the intention of making it new player friendly but giving seasoned players something to do other than grinding skills. It is a  PVP/PVE (player vs player)(player vs environment) server on an adventure map. We have 5x skill gain 5x action. Crop timer is 36 real life hours. 30,000 creatures set at 30% aggressive. We initially had free deeds and upkeep but due to the fact of some players abusing the guard amount we have enabled upkeep. The maximum deed size is 20x20 with 5 guards and the free 5 tile perimeter, again this was implemented due to deed size abuse. Remember, this is a PVP server in order for it to be fun it cannot have deeds that have so many guards that it would be impossible to infiltrate, so if everyone is the same then it is fair for all players. With this being an adventure map all new players will recieve a conch in their inventory upon starting. The conch will lead you on an adventure to try to become a demigod. We have valrei missions enabled, if your kingdom god wins a scenario players that have participated in the missions will be put in a lottery with random drawn winners. Those that are chosen will recieve a gift from the gods. We also have random treasure chest drops, so whoever finds them can have what is inside them, but some of them are locked when they are dropped. Unique creatures such as dragons, the troll king, the goblin leader, kyklops, the forest giant and sea serpent do spawn on the server so, beware they can only be killed by groups of 15 or more. Also, all artifacts are still available, artifacts give the holder special powers depending on the artifact. Each kingdom can have a ruler but, each kingdom has a different way of becoming a ruler, such as, for Mol Rehan the Sword in the Stone has to be found, for Libila the Cobra King has to be found, and for Jenn-Kellon it is the Lady of the Lake.

 

Now let's talk about the events that are currently available and those that will be available. We currently have Hota, which is where all kingdoms try to conquer 4 pillars for the win. Whichever kingdom conquers 4 pillars wins the event and will recieve a Hota statue and inside the Hota statue are some other goodies which can be divided by a random roll (rolling of dice, whoever has the highest number recieves the loot in question). We also have Battle camps placed in different areas of the server. A kingdom has to conquer the battle camp, when it is conquered it becomes a battle camp of the kingdom conquering it but, other kingdoms can take over the battle camp. Guard towers can be conquered as well.

 

In the near future, we will have Castlemania and The Maze available for events. Castlemania is three 5-story castles connected, players have to make there way through the castles fighting creatures and possibly other kingdoms. Each castle will have a few small chests throughout them with a bigger treasure in the last castle, it is recommended to do this in a group. The Maze will be a huge maze that you must find your way through to get the main treasure. In this you will also be fighting creatures and possibly other kingdoms. Each kingdom will have a portal in there start town to the center of the maze at there kingdoms start point. When someone gets the final chest that person will be summoned out of the maze and there is a portal outside the maze going back to their start town.

 

In my final words, here is a reminder: THIS IS A PVP SERVER SO BE PREPARED TO DIE NOT ONLY FROM CREATURES BUT FROM PLAYERS OF ANOTHER KINGDOM AND YOU WILL LOSE POSSESIONS AND OTHER KINGDOMS MAY TRY TO RAID YOUR DEED!
